Women in Blakemore
Championing gender equity across the business, this group creates space to celebrate, support and empower women in every role – from shop floor to leadership.
EmbRace
Promoting inclusion and cultural awareness across all communities, the group aims to improve the representation, progression and success of colleagues from a Black, Asian or Minority Ethnic Heritage Group.
EnAble
Helping to make our workplace accessible and inclusive for colleagues with disabilities or long-term health conditions. EnAble works to remove barriers, raise awareness and ensure everyone has the opportunity to thrive.
Family Friendly
Advocating for better balance and flexibility, this group champions inclusive policies that support colleagues at all stages of family life. Because everyone’s situation is unique.
LGBTQ+
Creating a safe, open and supportive space where LGBTQ+ colleagues can be their true selves at work. The group also helps drive education and allyship across our teams.
Environmental Sustainability.
Our environmental strategy is guided by the areas where we have the greatest impact: greenhouse gas emissions, waste and water used.
We’re building a better future, for the business and for the planet. Our sustainability strategy is about making smart, responsible choices that align with national and global goals. From cutting carbon to creating a circular economy, we’re acting today - not just to meet targets, but to shape a more sustainable future for generations to come.
