AF Blakemore manage over 300 properties across our SPAR network.  Our team is responsible for the purchase and sale of existing stores.

What type of sites are we looking for?

As part of our continuous expansion programme, we are searching for leasehold and freehold properties and development land - between 2,000 - 5,000 sq ft. The sites we’re on the lookout for are existing businesses, new builds and land purchases. We’re also in the market for forecourts and convenience stores. These sites can be situated in neighbourhoods or at hub locations such as airports and train stations.
