Caoire joined the business from University in 2007, gaining experience in retail and wholesale management prior to establishing Blakemore Fine Foods.​

Appointed to the Group Board in 2016, in 2020 Caoire who is passionate about sustainability moved into the role of Responsible Business Director ensuring the business is environmentally and socially as well as commercially sustainable.
